Matt joined EBIC in June of 2025! With nearly 20 years of experience in youth, children, and adult ministries—as well as mission work—Matt brings a deep passion for helping kids discover the love of Jesus in engaging and meaningful ways. He’s had the joy of working with thousands of people to advance God’s Kingdom and is committed to equipping the local church to impact communities and beyond with the hope of Christ.

Matt is married to Jess, and together they have two wonderful children, Everett and Callie. He enjoys reading, building puzzles, working with wood, and spending quality time with his family. (Fun fact: Matt even has an award named after him at his high school!) What excites him most about joining EBIC is the opportunity to partner with families, build lasting relationships, and help raise a generation that knows and loves Jesus.
