Description: Do you know what the BIC in EBIC is all about? Do you love our church, but wonder why we do certain things the way we do? Take a walk through the biblical foundations of the Brethren in Christ and how our history shapes the values we hold today. This group will connect the biblical reasons why the BIC emerged from Anabaptist persecution in Europe and was influenced by the Pietist renewals in America, the Wesleyan awakening, and mainstream Evangelicalism. (For those interested in literally walking through history, we'll include a field trip to local historic BIC sites.)
