ADULT MINISTRIES
Adult Ministries at EBIC encompasses a wide variety of activities and ministry activities. Our congregational purpose statement has led
us to develop adult ministries that encourage spiritual development, offer a broad range of worship opportunities,
enhance personal discipleship, foster fellowship, spur service and outreach.
Sunday
Morning Electives
Our Sunday morning schedule includes elective classes for adults. These include Bible book studies, issues classes, ministry training
classes, and classes aimed at personal spiritual development. Adults are encouraged to choose between six or seven different electives

Age-Based
Fellowship Groups
Our fellowship groups are meant to foster fellowship within stage-of-life groupings. These groups hold regular social events to build
relationships between people of similar stage-of-life. They also engage in a variety of service events within the congregation, in the
community and beyond.

Development
Ministry development happens at EBIC in a wide variety of ways. Adults use their gifts through service in our children and youth
departments, through participation on various boards and committees, through one-to-one mentoring, through small groups, and through
structured classes.
